The Maine Public Utilities Commission voted Thursday to allow Statoil North America to move ahead with plans for an offshore wind energy project in federal waters off Boothbay Harbor.
Spare us the hand wringing over subsidized energy — or else name us an energy source that isn’t subsidized.
